腭部肿瘤腭骨切除的临床意义

腭部发生的良、恶性肿瘤与腭骨密切相关。单纯摘除是局部复发的主要原因。切除部分上颌骨造成牙、颌骨组织缺损畸形，导致生理功能障碍。作者对于未完全破坏腭骨或未侵犯上颌窦底壁的腭部肿瘤，采用保留鼻腔粘膜的肿瘤腭骨切除术的新方法，防止或减少肿瘤复发可能性，保证了生理功能，提高生存质量。

Clinical Significance of Palatal Bone Resection in the Management of Palatal Tumors

Benign and malignant tumors in the palatine region has a close relationship with the palatal bone. Simple resection of the tumor is the principal cause of local reccurence. Partial resection of the upper jaw causes dental and bone tissue defects,provoking physiological malformation.For tumors in the palatal region which have not caused complete destruction of the plalatal bone or inflitration of the basal wall of the maxillary sinus,we use resection of the palatal mucosa,periosteum,tumor and the corresponding palatal bone as a new approach to surgical management.This approach can reduce and prevent the possibility for tumor reccurrence,guarrantee the physilogical function and improve the life quality.
