| 摘 要： | 目的:研究脱细胞异体组织补片修复颊黏膜缺损的临床疗效。方法:选择双侧颊黏膜缺损患者17例,随机选择一侧行脱细胞异体组织补片修复,对侧行自体中厚皮片修复,对其疗效进行比较。结果:脱细胞异体组织补片组黏膜上皮移行迅速,黏膜修复效果好,与对照组无显著差异,且不良反应小。结论:脱细胞异体组织补片是一种理想的修复颊黏膜缺损的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficiency of acellular dermal matrix(ADM) in repairing buccal mucosa defect.Methods: 17 patients with bilateral buccal mucosa defect were selected.One side of buccal mucosa defect was repaired by acellular dermal matrix randomly,contralateral defect was repaired by Blair skin graft.The therapeutic efficiency between 2 groups was compared.Results: The epithelium mucosa of ADM group transmigrated very fast.Fibroblasts proliferated and migrated into ADM and vascularization happened early.No obvious immunologic rejection and adverse reaction was found.There was no significant difference between mucosa repairation of 2 groups.Conclusion: The ADM repairing is an ideal method to repair buccal mucosa defect. |
