开放性胸部创伤182例分析

本文报告182例胸部开放伤，对其治疗和结局进行了分析讨论。全组死亡率为4．3％，其中胸腹联合份高达11．7％。作者强调了降低休克及死亡率应注意的问题。

Clinical Analysis of 182 Cases of lhe Penetratin 9 Thoracic Wound

Treatment and outcome of 182 cases of the penetrating thoracic injuries admitted from 1963 through 1986 are analysed and discussed in this article Total mortality of the series is 4.3%, among which, that of the combined thoracoahdominal injuries is high up to 11.7%. For lowering down the shock rate and mortality rate, following points are here emphasized, 1.proper dressing of the wounds on the spot, 2. prompt correction of the associated shock, 3.closed chest drainage to improve the respiratory and circulatory function if indicated, paying close attention to clinicalobservation and avoiding exploratory oep ration as far as possible unless deemed necessary, 4.timely dignosis and management of the heart and great vessel injnries, 5.in cases of combined thoracoabdominal injuries, on the basis of measures taken in stabilizing respiratrry and circulatory function while in embarrassment, treat properly the abdominal visceral injuries found during exploration.
