| 摘 要： | 目的:建立一套用于静脉药物配置管理的条形码系统,提高工作效率,减少差错。方法:基于“军字1号”医院信息系统,采用PowerBuilder 6.5为开发工具,以条形码管理为思路,研究和开发用于静脉药物配置管理的系统软件。结果:根据医嘱,在系统程序中可自动产生标签号,赋予条形码标记,形成条形码标签,通过粘贴在药品上,再由扫描设备进行读取,获得相关信息,辅助操作人员进行复核。结论:条形码系统的建立使静脉药物配置的人工操作更加规范化,病人医嘱信息记录清楚,传递可靠、快速。

| Abstract: | Objective: To construct a set of barcode system for hospital pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS) management so as to enhance work efficiency and reduce errors. Methods: The working program based on the hospital management information system was edited using PowerBuilder 6.5 and barcode technology. Results: The developed computer system could create barcode and print barcode labels automatically according to doctors' advice.Operators could classify and verify them by picking information after scanning the different labels in PIVAS.Conclusion: The construct of barcode system in PIVAS has brought clear records of physicians,better and quickly transformed standard performance for the iv preparations in PIVAS management. |
