| 摘 要： | 目的：分析166例乳腺癌患者综合治疗的疗效，探讨乳腺癌的治疗方法与预后的关系。方法：回顾性研究166例乳腺癌患者的临床病理学资料，分析以手术、放疗、化疗和内分泌治疗为主的综合治疗的疗效。结果：本组病例3年生存率为87．0％，5年生存率为77．0％，综合治疗改善了患者的生活质量。结论：以手术、放疗、化疗和内分泌治疗为主的综合治疗在降低肿瘤局部复发率、提高生存率的同时，保证了患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the multidisciplinary treatment outcome in 166 patients with breast cancer,and explore the relationship between treatment method and prognosis.Methods:The anlysis was performed with the clinical and pathologic materials of 166 breast cancer cases.The treatment outcome of operation,chemotherapy,radiotherapy and endocrine therapy was retrospectively evaluated.Results:The 3-year and 5-year overall survival rate were 87.0% and 77.0% respectively.And the multidisciplinary treatment improved patients' quality of life(QOL).Conclusion:The multidisciplinary treatment mainly including operation,chemotherapy,radiotherapy and endocrine therapy,reduce local recurrence rate and improve survival rate and patients' QOL. |
