| 摘 要： | 分析甘精胰岛素联合那格列奈和胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病骨折患者围手术期的资料,发现两种治疗均能使血糖达标空腹血糖(6.89±1.96)对(6.75±2.33)mmol/L],达标时间无显著差异(3.6±1.6)对(2.9±1.2)d,均P0.05],但胰岛素泵组的平均血糖值更低.

| Abstract: | To compare the effect of insulin glargine combined with nateglinide and continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion(CSII) during intraoperative period in type 2 diabetic patients with fracture. Both of the managements made blood glucose under control fasting blood glucose(6.89±1.96)vs(6.75±2.33)mmol/L] in similar period (3.6±1.6)vs(2.9±1.2) d,both P>0.05]. The mean blood glucose was lower in patients treated by CSII than that of the other group. |
