盐酸丁咯地尔对急性脑梗死TNF-α、IL-1和神经功能缺损程度评分的影响

目的观察盐酸丁咯地尔对急性脑梗死的治疗作用。方法80例急性脑梗死患者随机分为丁咯地尔治疗组和常规对照组各40例,分别采集患者治疗前和治疗后第1 d、7 d、14 d外周血标本,检测肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素-1(IL-1)水平,同时对患者治疗前及治疗后第3 d、7 d、14 d进行神经功能缺损程度评分。结果治疗组第1 d、7 d、14 d血TNF-α水平较治疗前有明显降低(P<0.01);第7d、14 d血IL-1水平较对照组有明显下降(P<0.01);第3 d、7 d及14 d神经功能缺损程度评分较对照组有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论盐酸丁咯地尔对急性脑梗死有显著治疗作用。

The effect of buflomedil hydrochloride on 40 cases of acute cerebral infarction: TNF-α,IL-1 and nervous functional impairment scoring

Objective To investigate the effects of buflomedil hydrochloride on acute cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into the buflomedil hydrochloride treatment group(40 patients) and the control group(40 patients).The levels of TNF-α and IL-1 were detected from peripheral blood example before treatment and 1,7 and 14 days after treatment.The defect scoring of nervous function were evaluated before treatment and 3,7,14 days after treatment.Results It demonstrated that the levels of TNF-α at the 1st,7th and 14th day after treatment,and the levels of IL-1 at 3 and 7 days after treatment in buflomedil hydrochloride treatment group were obviously lower than those in control group(P<0.01).There was significant improvement of nervous function impairment scoring at the 3rd,7th and 14th day after treatment between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion It proved that the buflomedil hydrochloride had therapeutic effect on acute cerebral infarction.
