湖北省农村已婚育龄妇女避孕知情选择现况调查

目的 :了解农村已婚育龄妇女避孕方法的使用情况及知情选择情况。方法 :采用分层整群多阶段抽样的方法 ,以统一调查表 ,由统一培训的专业技术人员对丘陵、平原、山区 1万名农村已婚育龄妇女避孕方法的使用情况及其知情选择情况进行调查。结果 :①宫内节育器和妇女节育术 2种方法占农村已婚育龄妇女现用避孕方法的 91 .79% ,避孕套、避孕药、皮埋、男性节育术等方法仅占 8.2 1 %。②已婚育龄妇女避孕方法的选择只有 39.92 %是自主选择 ,6 0 .0 8%是计生人员建议和政策规定。结论 :计划生育服务提供者和计划生育系统应进一步加强在避孕知识宣传中的作用 ,帮助农村育龄妇女实现知情选择

The Investigation of Contraceptive Methods Among Married Reprodctive Women in the Countryside of Hubei

Objective: To understand the contraceptive methods adopted by reproductive country women in Hubei province. Methods:A total of 10 000 married reproductive country women were recruited and investigated with the same questionnaire. Results: ①Compared with the percentage of married reproductive country women who use other contraceptive methods such as condom, contraceptive medicine, etc, the percentage of married reproductive country women who used intrauterine devices and women planned parenthood is 91.79%. ② 39.92 % women selected contraceptive methods by themselves,while most of women selected contraceptive methods according to the doctors'advice or policy. Conclusion:According to the results of investigation, we suggest that the service of family planning should strengthen the function in the propagate of contraceptive knowledge and help reproductive country women to come to informed choice.
