| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨新生儿行为神经测定 (NBNA)对碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)治疗新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的疗效评价。方法 :6 8例HIE患儿随机分为对照组、治疗组 ,对照组采用常规治疗 ,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用bFGF。两组分别在治疗前和治疗一个疗程后、两个疗程后进行NBNA测定。结果 :治疗一个疗程后NBNA测定两组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,治疗两个疗程后有非常显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :bFGF是治疗新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的有效方法之一 ,治疗两个疗程效果优于一个疗程

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of bFGF on the treatment of HIE with NBNA.Methods: 68 cases were divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with routine drugs,and the treatment group was treated with bFGF on the basis of therapeutic programmes in the control group.NBNA was performed before treatment and after one and two treatmental courses.Results:There was significant difference between two groups after one treatmental crouse and very significant difference after two treatmental crouses.Conclusion: bFGF has a better therapeutic effect on HIE The effect of two treatmental courses is better than one. |
