胰岛素联合阿托伐他汀对2型糖尿病患者血清脂联素水平的影响

目的观察胰岛素联合阿托伐他汀对2型糖尿病患者血清脂联素水平的影响。方法 62例2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,分别给予胰岛素及胰岛素联合阿托伐他汀治疗,疗程共6个月。于治疗前后分别检测和记录两组患者FBG、HbA1c、脂联素及血脂水平,观察阿托伐他汀对2型糖尿病患者血浆脂联素的影响。结果两组患者血糖和HbA1c均控制良好,实验组血清脂联素水平较对照组明显升高,血脂水平则较对照组明显降低,二者之间的差异均具有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论胰岛素联合阿托伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病可明显改善患者血浆脂联素水平,提高患者对胰岛素的敏感性,减少胰岛素用量。

Effects of insulin combined with atorvastatin on adiponectin in type 2 diabetic patients

Objective To observe the effect of insulin combined with atorvastatin on plasma adiponectin levels in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 62 cases with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups.One group was treated with insulin and the other group was treated with insulin and atorvastatin.The fasting blood glucose（FBG）,hemoglobin A1c（HbA1c）,adiponectin,and blood lipid（TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C） were detected before and after treatment.Results The levels of FBG,HbA1c were decreased after treatmentinr 6 months.The daily dosage of insulin was also decreased significantly compared to the control group（P〈0.05）.The level of adiponectin was increased more significantly than that of in control group（P〈0.05）.Moreover,the level of HDL-C was increased and the level of TC,TG,and LDL-C was decreased more significantly than that of in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Treatment of type 2 diabetes with insulin combined with atorvastatin not only can control well of blood glucose,HbA1c and decreased the blood lipid,but also increases plasma adiponectin levels and reduces the dosage of insulin.
