| 摘 要： | 玻璃体积血是最常见的玻璃体病变,是外伤、眼病或全身出血性疾病导致视力障碍的一种常见病症。可造成屈光间质混浊,不仅造成视力障碍,妨碍眼底检查,还对眼其他组织产生严重破坏作用,引起其它并发症,如玻璃体液化、机化、后脱离,继发血细胞性青光眼等。由于玻璃体内无血管,玻璃体内的积血通常来自视网膜或脉络膜的破损的血管或新生血管。所以其代谢极其缓慢,造成积血后吸收十分困难,致盲率甚高。

| Abstract: | Vitreous hemorrhage is the commonest vitreous disease,is also the commone disease such as surgical hurt,eye diseases,systemic haemorrhage diseases,witch can cause poor eyesight.It can cause optical media changes,not only cause poor eyesight,disturb to examine the eyeground,but also destroy other ocular tissues,cause other complication for example vitreous liquefaction,back detachmant,organization,secondary neovasular glaucoma and so on.Because of there are no blood vessels in Vitreous,Vitreous Hemorrhage of... |
