摘    要:冠状动脉CT成像已成为检测冠状动脉狭窄的一种有效的无创性手段,图像质量是影响其诊断准确性的重要因素。在整个心动周期内,冠状动脉所有节段都有相当大的变化,运动速度也随着心率加快而加快。目前的多排螺旋CT的时间分辨率仍不能满足获取冠状动脉在心动周期内任一瞬间清晰影像的需求。根据心脏电-机械耦联理论,选择不同心率和心律情况下相对低速的心电时相进行数据采集或图像重建,以减少心脏搏动产生的运动伪影。心脏电-机械耦联与冠状动脉成像最佳成像时间窗的选择对于不同心率、心律下冠状动脉CT成像有着重要意义,应用该理论可进一步提高心脏CT图像质量及诊断冠状动脉狭窄的准确性。

Abstract:Computed tomography coronary angiography is a non-invasive tool with high diagnostic accuracy for the detection of coronary arterial stenosis. The image quality is a main factor affecting the diagnostic accuracy. All segments of coronary are changing largely and the movement of coronary is accelerated along with the increasing of the heart rate during the cardiac cycle. Currently, the temporal resolution of multi-slice spiral CT still can not acquire the highest image quality of coronary at any phase of cardiac cycle. According to cardiac electrical-mechanical coupling theory, to minimize the coronary arterial motion artifacts, we should select the optimal time of cardiac electrical cycle to acquire and reconstruct imaging when the coronary arterial motion is relatively slow during different heart rate and rhythm. Cardiac electrical-mechanical coupling and the optimal time of coronary imaging is of great importance to computed tomography coronary angiography during different heart rate and rhythm. This theory can be applied to further improvement of image quality and diagnostic accuracy of coronary stenosis.
