核心肌群训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨核心肌群训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡功能的影响。方法 2012年5月至2013年1月在我院康复医学科进行住院治疗的脑卒中患者,共40例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组进行常规偏瘫康复综合治疗后增加一般肌力训练,治疗组在常规治疗基础上增加核心肌群训练,采用Berg平衡量表和Pro-Kin平衡测试仪评定两组患者的平衡功能。结果 Berg评分:两组患者治疗前的Berg评分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),治疗后两组患者的Berg评分均有显著提高,但治疗组的提高更为明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。运动轨迹长度及外周面积:两组患者治疗前运动轨迹长度及外周面积差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05),治疗后两组患者的运动轨迹长度及外周面积均有显著减少,但治疗组减少更为明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论核心肌群力量训练结合常规康复综合治疗可有效改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的平衡功能。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of core strengthening on balance function of hemiplegic patients with stroke. Methods Forty stroke inpatients in rehabilitation department of Nanjing First Hospital were randomly divided into training group and control group from May 2012 to January 2013. Conventional physical therapy was used in both groups, while plus core muscles strengthening in training group. The balance functioa was measured by Berg Balance Scale (BBS) and Pro-Kin balance assessment equipment. Results There was no significant difference in BBS before treatment(P:〉0.05). After treatment, the scores of BBS in two groups both increased significantly, but the score of training group which increased even more was found significant difference when compared to conventional group(P〈0.05). There were no significant differences in the sway length and area before treatment(P〉0.05). After treatment, the scores of sway length and area in two groups both decreased significantly, but the scores of training group which decreased even more were found significant differences when compared to conventional group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Core strengthening combined with conventional ph~ieal therapy can obviously improve the balance function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
