FRAT1、MMP-9及RhoC在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨FRAT1、MMP-9及RhoC在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理参数的关系,同时分析三者之间的相关性。方法免疫组织化学方法检测FRAT1、RhoC及MMP-9在喉鳞癌中的表达,并结合临床病理学特征进行统计学分析。结果 FRAT1在喉癌中主要定位于细胞质,偶有核表达,散在炎症细胞也有少量表达,其阳性表达与年龄及病理分化程度有关(P<0.05)。MMP-9阳性表达与病理分化程度及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。RhoC阳性表达与喉鳞癌的病理分化程度、T分期、临床分期及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。FRAT1与MMP-9呈正相关(r=0.482,P=0.000),RhoC和MMP-9(r=0.429, P=0.000)呈正相关。结论 FRAT1、MMP-9及 RhoC在喉癌的侵袭转移过程中可能具有重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of FRAT1,MMP-9 and RhoC in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC) and investigate the correlation between the expression of three indicates and clinicopathologic factors.Methods Immunohistochemistry technique was adopted to detect the expression of FRAT1,MMP-9 and RhoC in carcinoma tissues. The correlation between the expression of three indicates and clinicopathologic factors were statistically analyzed. Results The positively expressed FRAT1 was located mainly cytoplasm and it had a relationship with age and differentiation(P〈0.05). The positively expression of MMP-9 had a relationship with differentiation and node metastasis(P〈0.05). The positively expression of RhoC had a relationship with differentiation,pathologic stage,clinical stage and node metastasis(P〈0.05). Correlation analysis showed that FRAT1 and MMP-9,RhoC and MMP-9 were positive correlation with each other. Conclusion FRAT1 MMP-9 RhoC, may play important roles in the invasiveness and transfer of LSCC.
