| 摘 要： | 应用母血中胎儿游离的DNA检测胎儿非整倍体技术已开始应用于临床，这一技术与传统的产前筛查和诊断技术相比，具有无创、快速、准确等优点，它是产前筛查和诊断领域的一次革命。本文通过对比分析现有研究资料，评估无创产前基因检测技术在临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Recently, noninvasive prenatal testing （NIPT） via sequencing of maternal plasma cell-free DNA has already translated to clinical care. This technique is noninvasive, quick, correct, compared with conventional screening and diagnosis. NIPT for aneuploidy using cell-free in maternal plasma is revolutionizing prenatal screening and diagnosis. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the effectiveness of noninvasive prenatal testing. |
