摘    要:SASH1(SAM-and SH3-domain containing 1)基因是进化保守的SLY基因家族的一员,广泛表达于人体多种正常组织(淋巴样干细胞除外)。其可通过调节细胞生长、增殖和凋亡等,参与多种疾病的发生发展。本文对SASH1基因的分子结构、功能、调节通路及与肿瘤等疾病的关系作一综述。

Abstract:SASH1 gene, a member of the evolutionarily conserved SLY-family, is widely expressed in normal human tissue, with the exception of lymphoblastoid cells. SASH1 gene played an important role in the development and progression of various diseases by regulating the cell growth, proliferation and apoptosis. The molecular structure, function, regulation passageway and the relationship with tumors of SASH1 gene have been detailed reviewed.
