脑性瘫痪婴幼儿垂体甲状腺功能与大脑发育的初步研究

摘    要:目的对脑性瘫痪(CP)儿垂体甲状腺轴功能进行探讨。方法采用放射免疫方法检测40例0~3岁CP婴幼儿血清中血清促甲状腺素(TT3)、血清总甲状腺素(TT4)、血清游离T3(FT3)、血清游离T4(FT4)、血清反三碘甲状腺原氨酸(γTs)水平。结果CP婴幼儿TSH水平低于正常同龄对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05);不同型别、不同年龄、不同病因之间的TSH未发现显著性差异(P<0.05)。CP婴幼儿血清总甲状腺素(TT4)、FT3、FT4水平低于正常同龄婴幼儿,有显著性差异(P<0.05),TT3、γTs与正常同龄对照组之间无显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论CP婴幼儿垂体甲状腺功能低下,甲状腺的低功能状态可能是CP儿童发育落后的因素之一,并与脑发育之间可能存在更复杂的关系。

Abstract:Objective To sudy pituitary thyroid function of cerebral palsy children.Method The serum level of TSH,TT3,TT4,FT3,FT4,γ T3 were measured by RIA in 40 infants aged 0~ 3 years.Result The levels of TSH were significantlylower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were not correlation between the levels of serum TSH and the types,age and etiology of cerebral palsy(P>0.05).The concentrations of TT4,FT3,FT4 were also significantly lower than those of the control(P<0.05),There were not differences in the serum levels of TT3,γ T3 between cerebral palsy infants and the control(P< 0.05).Conclusion Hypothyroidism may be one of the pathogenic factors causing the development delay in infants,while there may be more complex relationship between Hypothyroidism and brain development.
