脑性瘫痪婴幼儿垂体甲状腺功能与大脑发育的初步研究

目的对脑性瘫痪(CP)儿垂体甲状腺轴功能进行探讨。方法采用放射免疫方法检测40例0～3岁CP婴幼儿血清中血清促甲状腺素(TT3)、血清总甲状腺素(TT4)、血清游离T3(FT3)、血清游离T4(FT4)、血清反三碘甲状腺原氨酸(γTs)水平。结果CP婴幼儿TSH水平低于正常同龄对照组，有显著性差异(P<0.05)；不同型别、不同年龄、不同病因之间的TSH未发现显著性差异(P<0.05)。CP婴幼儿血清总甲状腺素(TT4)、FT3、FT4水平低于正常同龄婴幼儿，有显著性差异(P<0.05)，TT3、γTs与正常同龄对照组之间无显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论CP婴幼儿垂体甲状腺功能低下，甲状腺的低功能状态可能是CP儿童发育落后的因素之一，并与脑发育之间可能存在更复杂的关系。

Preliminary study on the relationship between pituitary thyroid function and brain development in cerebral palsy infants

Objective To sudy pituitary thyroid function of cerebral palsy children.Method The serum level of TSH,TT3,TT4,FT3,FT4,γ T3 were measured by RIA in 40 infants aged 0～ 3 years.Result The levels of TSH were significantlylower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were not correlation between the levels of serum TSH and the types,age and etiology of cerebral palsy(P>0.05).The concentrations of TT4,FT3,FT4 were also significantly lower than those of the control(P<0.05),There were not differences in the serum levels of TT3,γ T3 between cerebral palsy infants and the control(P< 0.05).Conclusion Hypothyroidism may be one of the pathogenic factors causing the development delay in infants,while there may be more complex relationship between Hypothyroidism and brain development.
