| 摘 要： | 目的 :通过计算机系统为患者的诊断、治疗及口腔预防保健建立完善的门诊档案。方法 :采用科室自行设计的口腔门诊档案计算机管理系统 ,安装科内小型网络系统 (科室网 )。结果 :登记患者 110 0 0余人次 ,建立了完整的口腔门诊档案。结论 :口腔门诊档案计算机管理简便、快捷 ,为临床病案管理及撰写学术论文提供了可靠的依据

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish perfect file of outpatient service for the diagnosis,treatment and health protection of the sufferers by computer system..Methods:Adopting selfdesigned computer system for the file of outpatient service in the Department of Stomatology and installing miniature netword system(Department Network).Results:Registering more than 11,000 outpatients and estabilshing complete files of outpatient service.Conclusion:It's convenient and fast to use computers to manage the file of outpatient service.It provides rdliable basis for managing clinical cases and writing research papers. |
