脑出血早期血压变化与血肿扩大的临床分析

目的:分析脑出血早期血压变化与血肿扩大之间的相关性。方法:将52例早期血肿扩大的血压变化与非血肿扩大组血压对比分析。结果:实验组明显高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组死亡率也明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。本组患者CT发现早期血肿扩大以6 h以内为多(占91.67%)。结论:早期血压升高是血肿扩大的危险因素,应积极控制血压。

The clinical analysis of blood pressure changes and hematoma enlargement

Objective To analysis the relationship between blood pressure changes and hematoma enlargement.Methods The significant differences were existed between 52 patients with early hematoma enlargement.Results The experimental group was significantly higher,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Experimental group was significantly higher mortality rate,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The CT found that patients with early hematoma enlargement within 6 h to more than（accounting for 91.67%）.Conclusion Early blood pressure are risk factors for hematoma enlargement,should be actively controlling blood pressure.
