| 摘 要： | 目的]口岸卫生处理工作应以卫生控制为宗旨，不断提升口岸卫生服务效能。方法]以科学发展观为指导，深入探讨口岸卫生处理工作为什么必须坚持以人为本、全面、协调、可持续发展的原则。结果]实践科学发展观，发挥口岸卫生处理服务效能。（1）加强理念转变，提高热情服务能力；（2）加强科技创新，提高开拓创新能力；（3）加强基层基础建设，提高技术装备能力；（4）加强队伍建设，提高有效把关能力，才能不断提升口岸卫生控制水平。结论]只有把科学发展观贯彻落实到口岸卫生处理工作，充分发挥其服务效能，才能促进口岸卫生控制工作科学发展。
