降纤酶联合奥扎格雷钠治疗窗外溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的：探讨降纤酶联合奥扎格雷钠治疗窗外溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法：将我院溶栓治疗窗外的急性脑梗死患者80例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规综合治疗,在此基础上观察组给予降纤酶联合奥扎格雷钠溶栓治疗,评估两者治疗效果。结果：治疗后两组患者神经功能缺损程度评分均低于治疗前（P〈0.05）。治疗后观察组患者神经功能缺损程度评分明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组总有效率为97.50%,对照组为75.00%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者治疗副作用的发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：降纤酶联合奥扎格雷钠在治疗窗外溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果明确,副作用少,值得应用。

Observing the on Thrombolysis Effect of Defibrase and Sodium Ozagrel in Treating Cases with Acute Cerebral Infarction Beyond Therapeutic Window

Objective： To investigate the thrombolysis effect of defibrase and sodium ozagrel in treating cases with acute cerebral infarction beyond therapeutic window.Method： 80 cases with acute cerebral infarction beyond therapeutic window were divided into the observing group and the control group.The two groups received the normal treatment,and the observing group received the thrombolysis treatment of defibrase and sodium ozagrel.Result： The neurologic impairment scores in the two groups after treatment were lower than that before treatment（P〈0.05）.The neurologic impairment scores in the observing group after treatment were lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate was 97.50% in the observing group and 75.00% in the control group,and there was significant difference between them（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference on side-effect in the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： The thrombolysis effect of defibrase and sodium ozagrel in treating cases with acute cerebral infarction beyond therapeutic window is obvious and the side-effect is few,so they are worth being used.
