颈交感神经离断对缺血后再灌注兔脑组织MDA、SOD的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨颈交感神经离断对兔脑缺血后再灌注的脑组织脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。方法:以大白兔40只,随机分为实验组和对照组,两组均进行双侧颈总动脉、椎动脉阻断后再灌注,实验组再行双侧颈交感神经离断术,观察对比两组脑组织MDA、SOD。结果:实验组脑组织MDA值大于对照组(P<0.01),SOD值小于对照组(P<0.01),差异具有显著性。结论:颈交感神经离断能提高缺血后再灌注兔脑组织的MDA和降低其脑组织的SOD,加重了缺血后再灌注兔脑组织的损伤。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effects of cervical sympathectomy on Malondialdehyde (MDA) and Superoxide dismutase(SOD) in brain of global cerebral ischemia-reperfusionrabbitS. Methods:40 rabbits were divided into two groups:both of them were established by claming the bilateral carotid arteries and vertebral arteries for 30 minutes;and then one group received sympathectomy, the other group served aS control. All the animals were decapitated at the end of experiment and their brains were removed for determination of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde ( MDA ) content. Results: MDA level in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.01) but SOD activity in group A was lower than that in group B(P< 0.01). Conclusions: Cervical sympathectomy increases MDA but reduces SOD in brain of global cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rabbits and does more harm to rabbit' S brain.
