山东省克山病防治研究回顾

目的探讨山东省克山病病因及预防措施。方法收集了山东省克山病３２年的防治研究资料，分为克山病高发年、低发年和基本控制年三个阶段进行对比分析。结果虽然克山病病因现在不十分清楚，但和下列因素有关：缺硒；生活贫困，食物单调，以地瓜及其制品为主食，营养缺乏；如果人们生活在这样的环境中，再感染上柯萨奇Ｂ组病毒；人体免疫功能紊乱，引起心肌代谢障碍，导致心肌损伤、坏死。结论增加硒的供应量，改善生活水平，预防病毒感染对控制克山病具有重要意义

Studies on Keshan disease control in Shandong

Objective To explore the cause and prophylaxis of Keshan disease in Shandong.Methods The data on control and research of Keshan disease (KSD) were collected for 32 years.The data were compared and analysed by higher incidence period,lower incidence period and basic control period.Results Although etiology of KSD was not clear now,but it related to following factors:insufficient Se,poor life,simple food (potato products),and lack of nutrition.If population living in this enviroment were infected with Coxsackie virus B,their body immunity would disorder.It caused disturbance of myocardium metabolism and resulted in injury and necrosis.Conclusions It is important to increase Se allowance,to improve life level,and to prevent virus infection for controlling KSD.
