左旋布比卡因复合等效剂量芬太尼或舒芬太尼用于妇科硬膜外麻醉效果比较

目的比较左旋布比卡因复合等效剂量的芬太尼或舒芬太尼用于妇科硬膜外麻醉的效果。方法择期妇科手术60例,年龄20～65岁,ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级,随机分为3组(n=20):单纯左旋布比卡因组(L组),复合芬太尼组(F组),复合舒芬太尼组(S组)。L组:0.75%左旋布比卡因10ml+生理盐水2ml,F组:0.75%左旋布比卡因10ml+芬太尼50μg+生理盐水共12ml,S组:0.75%左旋布比卡因10ml+舒芬太尼7.5μg+生理盐水共12ml。记录感觉阻滞起效时间、阻滞达最高平面时间、最高阻滞平面、镇痛持续时间、运动阻滞起效时间及持续时间、术中麻醉效果及不良反应。结果芬太尼或舒芬太尼都能增强左旋布比卡因的硬膜外麻醉效果。与L组相比,F组和S组的感觉阻滞起效时间、达最高平面时间缩短,镇痛维持时间延长(P0.05),F组与S组相比,S组的麻醉效果较F组更好(P0.05),运动阻滞起效时间、持续时间、不良反应三组间差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论妇科手术硬膜外麻醉中左旋布比卡因复合等效剂量芬太尼或舒芬太尼都能增强麻醉效果,复合舒芬太尼的麻醉效果要优于复合芬太尼。

Comparison of Anesthetic Effect of Epidural Levobupivacaine Combined with Same Effective Does of Fentanyl or Sufentanil for Gynecological Surgery

Objective To compare the anesthetic effect of epidural levobupivacaine combined with the same effective does of fentanyl or sufentanil for the patients undergoing gynecological surgery. Methods Sixty patients with ASA I-II aged between 20 and 65 years scheduled for gynaecological operation were randomized into three groups (each n=20).
