新兵个体差异与军事训练伤心理因素的相关性研究

目的探讨新兵个体差异与训练伤心理因素的关系,为有效制订训练伤心理预防措施及选兵标准提供科学依据。方法采用自行设计的调查表,对某师部两个团共566名新兵进行问卷调查。结果新兵年龄、是否独子,学历和参加体育活动及体力劳动有显著性差异。新兵在训练伤心理准备上,年龄较大者、独生子女、高中文化以上和参加过体育锻练及体力劳动者,有显著性差异;在顾虑伤残方面,除年龄上无差异外,其余均有显著差异(P<0.05);在影响积极性上,学历层次和参加过体育锻练和体力劳动者有显著差异(P<0.05),而年龄和是否独子无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论新兵个体差异与军事训练伤心理因素有关,提示对新兵进行心理干预应充分考虑个体差异,同时在兵源上应选取入伍前综合素质良好的战士入伍。

Correlative study of individual differences of new army recruits with psychological factors of military disciplinal injury

Objective To study relationship of individual differences of new army recruits with psychological factors of military disciplinal injury.Methods Questionnaire surveys were applied to 566 new recruits of 2 regiments by self-designed questionnaires.Results The ratios among age,only son,academic records,physical exercise and labour in psychological preparation showed significant difference(P<0.05).Others besides age had significant difference(P<0.05) in disabled misgivings.Academic records,physical exercise and labour showed significant difference(P<0.05) in influence activity.But age and only son had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Psychological factors of military disciplinal injury have relationship to individual differences of new army recruits.Individual differences should be considered in psychological intervene and enlist.
