老年患者术后发生急性谵妄的临床分析

目的探讨老年患者术后发生谵妄的机制和预防处理方法。方法分析19例术后发生谵妄患者的临床表现、相关因素和处理方法。结果19例患者谵妄临床表现各不相同，处理和结果也各不相同。结论老年患者术后谵妄的问题应该引起临床上的足够重视。其机制尚未完全明了，但与老年人的生理心理变化和外科手术应激有着重要的关系。谵妄的预防和处理目前并没有明确有效的措施，只能根据原发病，患者生命体征和谵妄发生时的症状进行对症处理。

Clinical analysis for postoperative delirium in old patients

Objective Todiscuss the mechanismand treatment ofdeliriumafter operation in old patients. Methods Analyze the clinical situation,related factors and treatment of nineteen old patients with postoperative delirium.Results Nineteen delirium patients had different clinical situation,treatment and results.Conclusion Attentions should be paid for the postoperative delirium of old patients. But the mechanism was unclear,maybe it had relation to the changes of old patients'physiological psychology function and to the operative stress. There were no clear measures to prevent and treat postoperative delirium in the old patients. vital signs and symptoms should get treatment when delirium occurred according to the primary desease.
