| 摘 要： | 观察夜明方对视网膜色素变性者闪光视网民图的作用。用夜明方对２７例视网膜色素变性患者进行治疗，并在治疗前后检查了这些患者的闪光视风膜电图。治疗前２４例患者闪光视网膜ａ，ｂ波呈熄灭型，３例呈波幅过低型。治疗后１８例出现了微型ｂ型。夜明方对早，中期视风膜色素变性患者的闪光视网膜电图有改善作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVES:To observe the effects of yemingfang on flash electroretinogram(FERG)of patient with retinitis pigmentosa.METHODS:wenty seven cases(54 eyes)of retinitispigmentosa were treated with yemingfang and their FERG were examined before and after treat-ment.RESULTS:Twentv four cases showed FERG loss(wave a and b).and other three casespresented FERG defects before treatment.,Eighteen patients came about miniature wave b ofFERF after treatment.CONCLUSION:Yemhghng can jmpfove FERG of early or middle stagepatients withretinitis pigmentosa. |
