| 摘 要： | 探讨高度近视黄斑出血的治疗方法。将６２例患者随机分为观察组３２例，以中药治疗为主，对照组３０例以西药治疗。在治疗组患者的黄斑出血吸收并视力均有增进，而在对照组仅为８７．７％。黄斑出血吸收时间观察组明显短于对照组。以中药为主治疗黄斑出血能缩短治疗时间，减少并发症，促进视力恢复。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVES:To search a thera peutic method for high myopia macularhemorrhage(HMMH).METHODS:Sixty-two patients HMMH were divided random in to twogroups as observation group 32 cases were treated primarily with traditional Chinese medicine,and as a control group 30 cases treated with western modern medicine.RESULTS:macularhemorrhage was assimilated and visual acuity war lmprovement in the treatment group,and only87.7% in the control group,and the hemorrhage time was shortened significomtly in thetreatment.CONCLUSION:The primary treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can shortencourse of HMMH treatment time and promote visual acuity. |
