| 摘 要： | 目的：测定中药党参中微量元素与氨基酸的含量,并探讨其生理意义。方法：采用AAS-6000型原子吸收分光光度计测定微量元素的含量,采用LC98-ⅠAAA型氨基酸分析仪测定氨基酸的含量。结果：中药党参中含有12种微量元素和16种氨基酸。结论：党参具有极为重要的营养、保健、防病、治病的功效。

| Abstract: | Objective：To determinate the content of trace elements and amino acids in Radix Codonopsis Tangshen and discuss its physiological significance.Methods：The content of trace elements were determined by AAS-6000 atomic absorption spectrometry,the content of amino acid was determined by LC98-ⅠAAA an automatic acid analyzer.Results：12 kinds of trace element and 16 kinds of amino acid were identified in Radix Codonopsis Tangshen.Conclusion：Radix Codonopsis Tangshen has very important functions for people to keep healthy,prevent and treat diseases. |
