摘    要:目的建立测定工作场所空气中对苯二胺(PPD)的高效液相色谱法。方法工作场所空气中PPD用装有5.0m L甲醇吸收液的冲击式采样管,直接进样,经Eclipse XDB-C18液相色谱柱分离,紫外检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰高或峰面积定量。结果 PPD质量浓度在0.50~5.00mg/L浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 03;按照采集空气样品45L计算,最低检出浓度为0.004mg/m^3;批内和批间精密度为0.66%~2.14%和1.01%~4.17%;平均采样效率为99.4%;样品在4℃条件下至少可存放3d。结论该方法灵敏度高,精密度好,操作简单,能有效避免PPD易于氧化问题,适用于工作场所空气中PPD的测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish the detection method for p-Phenylene diamine (PPD) in the air of workplace by highperformance liquid chromatography.Methods The air sample of PPD was quantitatively detected by the method of external standard after a series of steps collection with shocking absorber tube containing 5.0mL methyl alcohol solution followed by direct sampling separated with a Eclipse XDB-C18 column and tested with a ultraviolet detector.Results The PPD standard curve showed a good linear relationship under the mass concentration of 0.5-5.0mg/L(correlation coefficient =0.999 03).The air samples were calculated according to 45.0L the minimum average desorption efficiency was 0.004mg/m3;the within-run precision of the average desorption efficiency was 0.66%-2.14% and the between-run precisions was 1.01%-4.17%;the average sampling efficiency was 99.4%;The samples could be stably kept at 4℃ for 4d at least.Conclusion This method could be used for detection PPD in the air with high sensitivity precision and simple operation.
