2012-2016年安徽铜陵市高温中暑病例分析

目的 了解铜陵市高温中暑流行特征,分析中暑与气象因子的相关性,为相关部门制定预防措施提供科学依据.方法 收集2012-2016年铜陵市间高温中暑病例信息和同期天气逐日气温、湿度数据,采用SPSS 19.0分析高温中暑的流行特征,分析中暑人数与气温、湿度的相关性.结果 2012-2016年铜陵市共报告155例中暑病例,其中,轻症中暑132例(85.16％),重症中暑23例(14.84％),男性121例(78.06％),女性34例(21.94％),＜40岁48例(30.97％),≥40～＜60岁73例(47.10％),≥60岁34例(21.93％),7月16日至8月15日共发生中暑112例(72.26％),为中暑高发期.轻症中暑人数和重症中暑人数均与日最高气温、日最低气温呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),但均与湿度无明显正相关,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 铜陵市高温中暑病例以中年男性、轻症为主,多发生于7月16日至8月15日,中暑人数与气温呈正相关.

Heat stroke cases in Tongling City,Anhui Province(2012-2016)

Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics of heat stroke in Tongling,and analyze the correlation between the number of heat stroke cases and meteorological factors so as to provide scientific basis for developing prevention measures of heat stroke.Methods Data of heat stroke cases and daily temperature and humidity from 2012 to 2016 were collected,the epidemic characteristics of heat stroke and the correlation between the number of heat stroke cases and temperature and humidity were analyzed by SPSS19.0.Results 155 cases of heat stroke were reported from 2012 to 2016.Among them,132 cases were mild(85.16％),23 cases were severe (14.84％),121 were male(78.06％),34 were female(21.94％),48 cases were ＜40 years old(30.97％),73 cases were 40 ～ ＜ 60 years old(47.10％) and 34 cases were above 60 years old (21.93％).112 cases (72.26％)occurred in the period from July 16th to August 15th,showing the peak period of heat stroke.The number of people with mild heatstroke or severe heat stroke was positively correlated with the daily maximum temperature and daily minimum temperature,showing statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).However,it was not positively correlated with humidity (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Heat stroke cases were mainly middle-aged male,the majority was of mild type,mostly occurred from July 16th to August 15th in Tongling.The number of heat stroke cases was positively correlated with temperature.
