职业性噪声暴露与心电图检出异常的Meta分析

目的系统评价我国职业性噪声暴露与心电图检出异常的关系。方法检索万方、维普、CNKI数据库2002—2015年间公开发表的职业性噪声暴露与心电图检出异常相关性的研究。用Revman 5.0软件进行统计分析,各研究间存在统计学异质性(P0.05,I~250%),故采用随机效应模型合并效应值OR及其95%CI。结果检索出相关中文文献155篇,最终纳入21篇文献。Meta分析结果显示,噪声暴露组心电图异常检出率和非噪声组异常检出率的合并效应量OR=2.30,95%CI为2.10~2.53(P0.000 01)。结论职业性噪声暴露与心电图检出异常之间有相关性,噪声暴露组心电图异常检出率是非噪声组异常检出率的2.30倍。

Occupational noise exposure and abnormality of ECG:a Meta-analysis

Objective To systematically evaluate the correlation between occupational noise exposure and ECG abnormality in China.Methods The literatures about the correlation between occupational noise exposure and ECG abnormality published from Wanfang,Weipu and CNKI Database from 2002 to 2015 were collected.Revman 5.0 was used for statistical analysis,statistical heterogeneity (P ＜ 0.05,I2 ＞ 50％)existed among different studies,therefore,OR and 95％ CI were adopted.Results 155 studies in Chinese were retrieved,and 21 of them were included;the results of Meta analysis showed that the OR and 95％ CI were 2.30 and 2.10-2.53,respectively (P ＜ 0.000 01).Conclusion There was correlation between occupational noise exposure and ECG abnormality,and the detection rate of ECG abnormality in noise exposure group was 2.30 times than the control group.
