肱骨上端骨髓腔尖部的X线观察

目的：观察肱骨上端骨髓腔尖部发育的形态特征，并对其位置进行定量分析。材料与方法：随机对１０～９３岁１７７例（男９０例，女８７例）汉族人拍摄双肩部Ｘ线片。观察肱骨发育在Ｘ线片上的表现，测量肱骨上端骨松质长度，计算肱骨上端骨松质指数。结果：肱骨上端骨髓腔尖部在Ｘ线上表现为“突变型”和“过渡型”两种形态。肱骨上端骨松质和蔗和骨松质数均随年龄的增大逐渐减小。结论：应根据肱骨上骨髓腔发育的不同形态特征来判断

OBSERVATION OF HUMERAL BONE MARROW CAVITY ON RADIOGRAPHS

To observe the morphology of bone marrow cavity of superior burneral end and to determine its apex quantitatively. Methods: 177 Chinese(90 men and 87 women) were taken radiographs of both shoulders. The radiographs were analysed. The length of the spongiosa of the superior burneral end and the distance between the apex of the hunleral bone marrow cavity and the burneral caput were measured on the radiographs, and the ratio of the distance to the whole length of the humerus was calculated. Results: The appearances of the apex showed mutational and transitional characteristics. Both the length of the substantia spongiosa of the superior burneral end and its indices decreased with aging. Conclusion: The real position of the bone marrow cavity of the superior burneral end should be judegd by its different appearances.
