耐药革兰氏阴性杆菌产金属酶初筛研究

目的 探讨革兰氏阴性（G^-）杆菌耐药性与产金属酶的相关性。方法 从医院各临床科室送检的标本中分离出6株耐第3代头孢类抗生素的G^-杆菌，采用纸片扩散协同法检测金属酶。结果 有1株为高度可疑产金属酶菌株。结论 纸片扩散协同法结果在检测金属酶方面能起很好的警示作用。

Primary Screening of Drug- resistant Gram- negative Bacilli by Metalloenzyme Detection

Objective To study the correlation between the resistance of Gram-negative bacilli to drugs and metalloenzyme. Methods 6 strains of Gram-negative bacilli that were resistant to the third generation of cephalosporins were separated from the samples sent by the clinical departments for detection. The metalloenzyme was detected by disc diffusion synergy test. Results One strain was highly suspected of metalloenzyme- produced, Conclusion The disc diffusion synergy test can be good indication of metalloenzyme.
