| 摘 要： | 近年来,人们逐渐认识到机体免疫系统与肿瘤组织之间失衡是肿瘤发生发展的重要因素,因而肿瘤疫苗逐渐成为研究热点,新的肿瘤抗原不断被发现,新的肿瘤疫苗制备方法也不断出现,许多疫苗已进入临床试验研究,现就胃癌疫苗的研究现状与前景作一综述。

| Abstract: | In recent years,people have gradually realized that the imbalance between body's immune system and tumor tissue is an important factor contributing to tumorigenesis and tumor progression.Tumor vac- cine is becoming the research focus.More and more new tumor antigens are discovered and new preparation methods are invented constantly,and many of them have been in clinical trial.The object of this review is to de- scribe the current status and progression of vaccine for gatric cancer. |
