| 摘 要： | 本文报道了95例人体子宫内膜胞浆及胞核雌激素受体(ER_c,ER_n)的含量测定。经临床和组织学鉴定,82例属正常内膜(包括11例带IUD 者),13例内膜有异常。正常内膜分为增殖早、中、晚和分泌早、中、晚6期。结果表明ER_c 和ER_n 水平都显示出中期高的趋势,尤以ER_n 在增殖中、晚期的水平显著高于其它各期,并有统计学意义。带IUD内膜的ER_c 高于无IUD 组;而ER_n 则低于无IUD 组。异常内膜组的组织学图象表明,受体的含量受内外源激素的影响。以上结果与文献报道的论断相一致。

| Abstract: | Cytoplasmic and nuclear estradiol receptors(ER_c and ER_n)were assayed in 95 humanendometrial samples.By clinical and histological assessment,82 were found to be normal(including 11 with IUD)and 13 abnormal.In the endometrium of normal endometriumof early,middle,late proliferative and secretory phases,the phases in the middle of menstrualcycle revealed the highest ER_c and ER_n levels.The ER_n in the middle and late prolifer-ative phases was significantly higher than the others.In cases with IUD,the ER_c levelwas higher and the ER_n was lower than those without IUD.The ER contents were affectedby endogenous or exogenous endocrine levels in abnormal endometriun(?) and were closelyrelated to their microscopic pathological appearance.These results are in agreement withdata from literatures. |
