| 摘 要： | 为分析老年退行性心瓣膜病的中医证候特点,从518名老年人中检出退行性心瓣膜病147例作为病例组,非老年退行性心瓣膜病371例作为对照组,进行中医证候分布情况比较及中医证候回归分析,结果2组中医证候分布情况有非常显著差异,气虚血瘀、脾肾两虚是老年退行性心瓣膜病的独立相关因素,提示临床防治应以固护元气、培补脾肾、活血化瘀为主.

| Abstract: | To analyze the features of TCM syndrome of senile degenerative heart valvular disease (SD- HVD).The regression analyses about the distrabution of TCM syndrome were performed in 147 cases of SD- HVD,and 371 cases of non-SDHVD as control.The results showed that there was significant difference in the distrabution of TCM syndrome between two groups.SDHVD has close relationship with Qi deficiency,blood stasis,and spleen-kidney deficiency.These indicate that the treatment of SDHVD should base on tonifying Qi, strengthening spleen-kidney,activating blood and removing stasis. |
