| 摘 要： | 目的探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗急性输尿管结石梗阻性无尿的效果。方法对12例急性输尿管结石梗阻性无尿患者进行输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗。结果一次行双输尿管碎石者8例。一侧插双J管碎石者4例，5～7天后再行插双J管侧碎石。治疗后11例肾功能恢复正常（91．7％），1例（8．3％）于术后3个月血肌酐仍达213umol／1。结论输尿管镜气压弹道碎石是治疗急性输尿管结石梗阻性无尿的有效方法，可作为首选。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effects of emergency ureteroscope pneumatic lithotrity for the treatment of ureteral calculi obstruction associated with acute renal failure. Methods 12 cases of these conditions were treated by emergency pneumatic lithotripsy through ureteroscopy. Results Stones were successfully fragmented in 8cases. One side was indwelled double J tubes and another side was treated by emergency pneumatic lithotripsy through ureteroscopy in 4 cases. Conclusions We think that treatment of ureteral calculi by transureterocscopic pneumatic lithotripsy is an appropriate choice for ureteral calculous obstruction associated with acute renal failure. |
