| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨甲状腺结节的外科治疗。方法：回顾性分析甲状腺结节321例的临床资料。结果：所有患者均痊愈，未发现复发病例。结论：充分的术前准备、正确的手术方案、术后适当口服甲状腺素可以减少手术并发症以及术后甲状腺结节的复发。

| Abstract: | Objective： evaluating analyzing was not the surgical treatment of thyroid clinical data of 321 thyroid nodules＇ patients . Results： All found. Conclusions： We can reduce postoperative complications through adequate after surgery. nodules. Methods： Retrospectively patients were cured, recurrent case and recurrence of thyroid nodules preoperative preparation, the correct surgical program and taking thyroxine appropriately after surgery. |
