胺碘酮对家兔在体心脏心室复极及复极离散度影响的研究

摘    要:为探讨胶碘酮抗心律失常的细胞电生理机制,采用同步记录心室外股不同部位单相动作电位的方法,观察健康家兔静注胶碘酮前后心室复极及复极离散度的变化。结果显示:胺碘酮对正常心肌可延长心室复极,但对其复极离散度则无显著影响。结论:胺碘酮能同步均一地延长心室复极,可以提高心电稳定性。

Abstract:Gp130 mclecule, which is ubiquitously expressed in the cell membranes, is a signal transducer. In this study,the mRNA of gp130 was extracted from human myeloma cell line XG-7.The human full gene of gp130 was cloned by RT - PCR and subcloncd into eukaryotic permanent expressing plasmid pKCR6 in order to form a recomhinant permanent expressing plasmid pKCR6/gp130.After being transfected inot BAF- B03 cells, human gp130 molecule was proven to express constantly on the membrane of this cell line by means of cytometric and biological assay.
