宁波市人群麻疹免疫屏障的形成与作用探讨

为了解宁波市人群麻疹免疫屏障形成情况 ,对麻疹的发病情况、麻疹疫苗 (MV)的报告接种率和免疫成功率、人群的免疫水平进行综合分析 ,结果显示 :宁波市麻疹的发病率呈逐年下降趋势 ,至 2 0世纪 90年代以来一直维持在 <5 /10万 ;1986年以来MV的报告接种率均 >95 % ,连续 6年的儿童MV初免成功率 ,除 2 0 0 1年为 94 34% ,其余均为 10 0 % ;人群麻疹血凝抑制 (HI)抗体总阳性率为 97 17%。从目前麻疹的免疫屏障情况分析 ,宁波市近几年不会发生麻疹大规模流行。

The Formation and Efficacy of Measles Immune Barrier in Ningbo Population

By analyzing the measles incidence,the reported immunization coverage rate of measles vaccine,the positive seroconversion rate of measles HI antibody post primary immunization and the measles HI antibody level of the population,it found that the measles incidence declined year by year,in 90's the morbidity maintained under 5/1,000,000.Since 1986,measles reported immunization coverage rate has been maintaining above 95%.In recent six years,the serum HI antibody positive rate post immunization reached 100% except in 2001(only 94.34%).The total measles antibody positive rate of the population was 97.17%. Measles immune barrier has been built up in Ningbo,so there will be no measles outbreak in recent years.
