原发性高血压患者治疗前后血浆ET和E选择素检测的临床意义

目的：探讨了原发性高血压患者治疗前后血浆ET和E选择素水平及临床意义。方法：应用放免法检测了39例原发性高血压患者治疗前后血浆ET水平，酶联免疫法检测E选择素水平，并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果：原发性高血压患者治疗前后血浆ET和E选择素水平非常显著地高于正常人组水平（P〈0．01），经治疗3个月后则与正常人组比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论；血浆ET和E选择素的异常升高是原发性高血压发病的病理因素之一，对诊断、治疗和预后均有重要的临床价值。

Clinical Significance of Measurement of Changes of Plasma ET and E-selectin Contents After Treatment in Patients with Essential Hypertension

Objective To investigate the changes of plasma ET and E-selectin contents after treatment in patients with essential hypertension.Methods Plasma ET(with RIA).E-selectin(with ELISA) contents were measured in 39 patients with essential hypertension both before and after treatment as well as in 35 controls.Results Plasma ET and E-selectin levels were significantly higher than those in controls(P<0.01) before treatment.After 3 months' treatment the plasma ET and E-selectin contents in the patients were not much different from those in the controls(P>0.05).Conclusion Abnormally high plasma ET and E-selectin levels were one of the main pathophysiologic changes in essential hypertension and might be of prognostic importance.
