| 摘 要： | 在裸鼠腹腔内人结直癌移植腐模型上观察了腹腔化疗（ｉｎｔｒａｐｅｒｉｔｏｎｅａｌｃｈｅｍｏｔｈｅｒａｐｙＩＰＣ）抗癌疗效对３６例中晚期结直肠癌患者手术后早期施行大剂量大容积５－ＦｕＩＰＣ。结果表明：ＩＰＣ能有效的防治裸鼠腹腔内人结肠癌移植瘤的生长扩散，临床应用简便易行．安全，无严重毒副作用和并发症，近期疗效满意．ＩＰＣ是防治中晚期结直肠癌术后腹腔复发和肝转移一种颇有前途的辅助化疗措施。

| Abstract: | Anticancer efficacy of 5-Fu intraperitoneal chemotherapy(IPC)was studied on disseminatedperitoneal implant models of nude mice and 36 patients with advanced colorectal cancers who recieved 545times of IPC in 109 therapeutic courses with high doses of 5-Fu in large volumes.Results showed that 5- Fu IPC was effective in preventing growth and spread of disseminated peritoneal implants in nude mice ,andit was a safe,simple and easy adjtivant treatment without serious complications for preventing and treatingperitoneal rectirrence and hepatic metastasis of postoperative patients with advanced colorectal cancers. |
