布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗COPD急性发作期的疗效观察

目的探讨布地奈德和沙丁胺醇联合雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）急性发作期患者的临床疗效。方法选择90例住院的COPD急性加重期患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组患者均采用常规吸氧、抗感染、化痰止咳平喘、维持水电解质平衡及营养支持等治疗。对照组在此基础上加用布地奈德混悬液2.0ml/次雾化吸入治疗,每天2次;治疗组在此基础上加用布地奈德混悬液2.0ml;/次及沙丁胺醇溶液1.0ml/次联合雾化吸入治疗,每天2次。两组患者均连用1周。观察两组患者治疗前和治疗1周后临床评分、肺功能和血气分析指标的变化。结果两组患者治疗1周后的临床评分均较治疗前明显下降（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,且治疗组下降的幅度更明显（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗1周后的肺功能及血气分析指标均较治疗前明显改善（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,且治疗组改善的幅度更明显（P〈0.05）。两组治疗期间均无严重不良反应发生。结论布地奈德联合硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作期（AECOPD）能迅速缓解症状,畅通气道,改善肺功能,疗效优于单一用药,是治疗AECOPD的有效选择。

Clinical observation on effect of combination of Budesonide and Ventolin in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation

Objective To study the effect of budesonide combined with Ventolin in treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods Ninety patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into observation group(45 cases) and control group(45 cases).Patients in observation group were treated with combined treatment of Budesonide and Ventolin besides routine therapeutic regimen and patients in control group were treated with conventional therapy of Ventolin,and the clinical efficacy was compared and analyzed between patients of these two groups.Results The differences in dyspnea scores,lung function and blood gas analysis were compared before and after the treatment,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The difference in corresponding indicators between these two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Budesonide joint with Ventolin can rapidly relieve sym-ptoms of AECOPD,smoothing air way and improving lung function,it is more effective than the application of single drug,and it is an effective choice for treatment of patients with AECOPD.
