马来酸曲美布汀联用小剂量奥氮平治疗肠易激综合征的临床研究

目的：观察马来酸曲美布汀联用小剂量奥氮平治疗肠易激综合征（IBS）的临床疗效。方法76例IBS患者随机分为对照组（予马来酸曲美布汀）和治疗组（予马来酸曲美布汀＋小剂量奥氮平）,每组38例,疗程2周：观察治疗前、后腹胀、腹痛、腹泻等症状变化。结果：治疗组显效率71.1%,有效率21.1%,总有效率92.2%;对照组显效率39.5%,有效率18.4%,总有效率57.9%（P〈0.01）。结论：马来酸曲美布汀联用小剂量奥氮平较单用马来酸曲美布汀治疗IBS更有效。

Clinical Study on Trimebutine Maleate Combined with Low Dose of Olanzapine in the Treatment of Patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective： To validate the clinical efficacy oftrimebutine maleate combined with low dose of olanzapine in the treatment of patients with irritable bowel syndrome （IBS）. Methods： Seventy-six patients with IBS were randonly divided into control （given trimebutine maleate） and treatment （given trimebutine maleate with low dose olanzapine） groups, each 38 cases, course for 2 weeks. The changes of abdominal distension, pain and diarrhea before and after treatment were observed. Results： In the treatment group, the significant efficiency was 71.1%, efficiency rate was 21.1% and total efficiency was 92.2%, 39.5%, 18.4% and 57.9% in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： It is a good method in the treatment of patients with IBS for trimebutine maleate with low dose olanzapine than alone drug.
