| 摘 要： | 氧化/亚硝化应激和神经炎症反应是脑缺血再灌注损伤的关键病理过程,介导缺血性脑卒中期间的神经元损伤,血脑屏障（blood-brain barrier,BBB）损害和出血性转化。回顾目前在缺血性脑损伤中氧化/亚硝化应激与炎症反应相互作用方面的研究进展,依据其发病机制对西药相关作用靶点和中药主要药理作用进行简要概述。对比中西药治疗缺血性脑卒中的特点和临床应用情况,以期在今后的治疗中发挥其各自优势,中西药治疗并举减轻患者病痛,提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | Oxidative/nitrosative stress and neuroinflammation are the key pathological processes of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury, which mediate neuronal damage, blood-brain barrier (BBB) damage and hemorrhagic transformation during ischemic stroke. We reviewed the current research progress on the interaction between oxidative/nitrosative stress and inflammatory response in ischemic brain injury, and briefly summarized the related targets of western medicine and the main pharmacological effects of traditional Chinese medicine based on its pathogenesis. We compared the characteristics and clinical application of Chinese and Western medicines in the treatment of ischemic stroke, in order to give full play to their respective advantages in future treatments. The treatment of Chinese and Western medicines simultaneously reduces the pain of patients and improves quality of life. |
