| 摘 要： | 由于毒性低、疗效好、易获得等优点,天然产物已成为治疗一些疾病的重要药物来源。来源自蝎子的蝎毒肽已用于治疗自身免疫等多种疾病,其主要机制是通过抑制离子通道而产生治疗作用,Kv1.3通道是其主要作用靶点。本文总结了蝎毒肽作为阻滞剂作用于Kv1.3离子通道治疗自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤、炎症、凝血等方面的研究进展,并阐述了其作用机制,以期为蝎毒肽的进一步的开发利用提供依据。

| Abstract: | Due to the advantages of low toxicity, good efficacy and easy access, natural products have become an important source of drugs for the treatment of some diseases. Scorpion venom peptide from scorpion has been used to treat many diseases such as autoimmunity. Its main mechanism is to produce therapeutic effect by inhibiting ion channels, and Kv1.3 channel is its main target. This paper summarized the scorpion venom peptide as blockers in Kv1.3 ion channels in the treatment of autoimmune diseases, cancer, inflammation, blood clotting, research progress of and its mechanism of action, in order to provide the basis for the further development and utilization of scorpion venom peptide. |
