基于CiteSpace的中医药治疗癌痛科学知识图谱分析＊

目的 基于CiteSpace客观展示近20年来中医药治疗癌痛领域的发展现状及研究前沿。方法 以中国知网、维普、万方三大数据库以及Web of Science 核心合集收录的2000-01-01至2021-08-08中医药治疗癌痛研究相关中英文文献为研究对象,利用CiteSpace V软件对文献的作者、机构、关键词分别进行统计分析并绘制相关科学知识图谱。结果 共1982篇中文文献、215篇英文文献纳入分析,近20年来,中医药治疗癌痛领域的发文量总体呈上升趋势;各作者普遍发文量较低,核心团队尚未形成,其中发文量最高的核心学者为冯利教授;国内主要研究机构为南京中医药大学、湖南中医药大学、辽宁中医药大学附属医院、中国中医科学院广安门医院和上海中医药大学附属龙华医院,国外主要研究机构为美国的Mem Sloan Kettering癌症中心和韩国的庆熙大学,各机构间合作以地域聚集为主,跨地域的科研机构合作尚少;关键词聚类分析分别形成了13个具有代表性的聚类;肝癌与乳腺癌所致癌痛、中医护理和阿片类药物相关性便秘在近几年来得到了显著关注。结论 中医药治疗是西医治疗的重要补充辅助手段,中西医结合治疗癌痛是未来的发展趋势。然而,中医药治疗癌痛领域的研究仍处在发展阶段,尚无突破性进展,“各自为政”的研究格局一定程度上限制了该领域的进一步发展。

Analysis of Knowledge Map of Cancer Pain Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on CiteSpace

Objective To objectively show the development status and research frontier of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cancer pain in recent 20 years based on CiteSpace.Methods Taking the Chinese and English literature related to the research on the treatment of cancer pain with traditional Chinese medicine from January 1, 2000 to August 8, 2021 included in the three databases of CNKI, VIP and Wanfang and the core collection of Web of Science as the research object, the authors, institutions and keywords of the literature were statistically analyzed by CiteSpace V software, and the relevant knowledge map was drawn.Results A total of 1982 Chinese and 215 English literatures were included in the analysis. In the past 20 years, the total number of papers published in the field of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of cancer pain had been on the rise; the number of papers published by various authors was generally small, and the core team had not yet formed, among which the core scholar with the highest amount of papers was Professor Feng Li; the main research institutions in China were Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, Hunan University of Chinese Medicine, the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Guang''anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences and Longhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine; the main research institutions abroad were Mem Sloan Kettering cancer center in USA and Kyung Hee University in Korea. There were 13 representative clusters formed respectively by keyword cluster analysis; cancer pain caused by liver cancer and breast cancer, TCM nursing and opioid related constipation had received significant attention in recent years.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine treatment is an important supplementary means of Western medicine treatment, and the treatment of cancer pain with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is the development trend in the future. However, the research on the treatment of cancer pain by traditional Chinese medicine is still at the stage of development, and there is no breakthrough. The research pattern of "doing things in their own way" limits the further development of this field to a certain extent.
