摘    要:目的 采用知识图谱及文献计量学方法总结蚓激酶相关研究的脉络、热点和发展趋势。方法 检索2001年至2020年中国知网数据库(CNKI)中蚓激酶相关研究文献。应用CiteSpace软件对作者、机构和关键词进行共现、聚类、突现分析,并绘制知识图谱。结果 共纳入文献508篇,发表4篇文献及以上的作者有13人,其中以扈荣良和张守峰发文最多;主要研究机构以黑龙江中医药大学为主。共有373个关键词被纳入,其中“蚓激酶”出现频次最高(274次),中心性最高(0.68);关键词聚类分析形成了12个聚类标签;共得到6个突现词,其中突现强度最大的关键词是“临床观察”(6.0717),突现时间最近的关键词是“疗效”(2010-2016年)。结论 通过关键词共现、聚类、突现分析得到,蚓激酶相关研究的热点主要集中在药物制备工艺研究、细胞与分子基础研究、动物实验与临床研究三个方面。这些方面的深入研究需要影响力大的作者进行沟通交流,加强机构间的合作,并大力开展蚓激酶相关研究,加强领域内研究人员的科研培训,从而促进该领域的发展。

Abstract:Objective To summarize the researches of lumbrokinase, including status, hot spots and development trends using knowledge graph and bibliometrics.Methods We searched the articles about lumbrokinase in CNKI from 2001 to 2020, and used CiteSpace to analyze the co-occurrence, clustering and emergence of authors, institutions and keywords. Then we draw knowledge graphs.Results A total of 508 articles were included. There were 13 authors who had published 4 or more articles, among which Hu Rongliang and Zhang Shoufeng published the most. The main research institution was Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine. A total of 373 keywords were included, among which "lumbrokinase" had the highest frequency (274 times) and the highest centrality (0.68). Cluster analysis resulted in 12 cluster tags. A total of 6 emergent keywords were obtained, among which the keyword with the highest emergent intensity was "clinical observation" (6.0717), and the keyword with the closest emergent time was "curative effect" (2010-2016).Conclusion The research mainly focuses on drug preparation technology research, cell and molecular basic research, animal experiment and clinical research. Further research in these areas requires communications among influential authors and collaboration between institutions. In addition, the research on lumbrokinase should be vigorously carried out, and the training of researchers in this field should be strengthened, so as to promote the development of this field.
