中药调节内质网应激治疗神经退行性疾病研究进展

摘    要:神经退行性疾病是神经元渐进性损伤至死亡为特点的慢性疾病,目前尚无有效的治疗措施。内质网应激(Endoplasmic reticulum stress,ERS)是真核细胞内质网的适应性反应,具有保护和促凋亡双向作用,神经退行性疾病相关病理及机制可触发ERS,ERS可进一步推动神经退行性疾病病程。中医药在治疗神经退行性疾病中具有巨大潜力,可通过调节内质网应激及其相关因素保护神经元,本文旨在探讨中药调节内质网应激治疗神经退行性疾病的相关机制研究及其进展。

Abstract:Neurodegenerative disease is a chronic disease characterized by progressive neuronal injury to death. Endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) is an adaptive response to the endoplasmic reticulum of eukaryotic cells and has a bidirectional effect of protecting cells and promoting apoptosis. The pathological mechanism associated with neurodegenerative diseases can trigger ERS, which can further promote the progression of neurodegenerative diseases. Chinese medicine has great potential in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases and can protect neurons by regulating ERS and its related factors. The purpose of this paper is to explore the mechanism and progress of regulating ERS in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
